Dr. Mawhinney is an Associate Professor in the Dept of Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She teaches courses in Urban Education, Elementary Education, and conducts an urban Seminar every summer as part of a consortium of colleges and Universities in the greater Pennsylvania/New Jersey region. Next year she will in in Bahrain helping them with their teacher education program.
This summer we have approximately a dozen faculty in Europe, Asia, and South Africa teaching in our Global MAT program.
